Cancellation Policy

If you are more than 10 min late to a meeting or miss your meeting (no call/no show), there will be a $25 reschedule fee. All payments are nonrefundable, and cancellation will require a date that SOMCZ is available. Nonrefundable Retainer Dee's for all SOMCZ BOOKINGS , CLASSES, EVENTS AND PRODUCTS
