If you are more than 10 min late you will have to reschedule with a $25 fee before a new booking.
If you need to reschedule with no fee it must be done within 72 hours before the appointment. Any appointments not canceled within 24 hours will require a $25 fee to be paid prior to rescheduling.
Coaching contract signed prior to also details everything.
